The Txotai War, also known as the Second Namo-Luziycan War, was a conflict in the region of Txotai (Oteki in Luziycan) between the Namor and Otekian separatists, who established the Second Republic of Oteki with assistance from Luziyca.

The war was a continuation of the conflict between the Namorese government and Otekian separatists that had begun when the Namorese Liberationists moved into Txotai in 1925, replacing the First Republic of Oteki with the Otekian Self-Administration (OSA), an autonomous government. Over time, relations between Namor and the OSA deteriorated, with each side suspecting the other of eroding its influence over the territory. The rebellion officially began on July 4, 1941, when Gregory Kudyev, an Otekian militia officer, overthrew Anastas Artydom, the president of the OSA, in a coup. Kudyev proclaimed the founding of the Second Republic of Oteki with himself as president. With Luziycan support, the separatists took control of most of Txotai, driving the Namorese to Kannei-dominated southeastern Txotai.

From 1941 to 1943, most of the fighting took place in southeastern Txotai, where the Namorese Liberation Army held their ground against repeated Otekian separatist offensives. On Christmas Day of 1944, the NLA launched an amphibious assault on Irbet, a coastal town in southwestern Txotai, and captured the capital of Kusef three days later. Separatist control of the coastal regions collapsed as the Second Republic of Oteki retreated northward, moving its capital to Kovdor. As Namorese forces closed in on Kovdor, Peterson Chikmurdof, the last president of the Second Republic of Oteki, committed suicide. On Christmas Day of 1945, Kovdor surrendered to the NLA, marking the official end of the war. Some surviving members of the separatist leadership fled to Luziyca along with millions of other Otekians.

Following the war, Namor established the Northern Frontier Administration (NFA) to govern Txotai and other Namorese territories near the Luziycan border. Txotai remained under martial law until 1991 when control over most of the region was transferred to the Autonomous Republic of Txotai. Despite the separatist defeat, separatist groups such as the Otekian government-in-exile and Knights of Saint Luther continued to resist Namorese rule until the 2000s, when they became inactive.
