Ule'eka (/ˌuleɪˈeɪkə/ (Y)OO-lay-AY-kə; Garetolian: [ˌuleʔˈɛka], lit. "Ule City", "Ule Town") is the capital and largest city and metropolitan area of Garetolia. It is located in the west, in Western Cona County on the island of Cona.
In 1895, it was unanimously decided that Ule'eka would become the capital of the Dominion of Garetolia.
