The Pays-de-l'Ouest (French pronunciation: [pe.i də l‿wɛst], "West Country"), commonly known as West Ainin (French: Ainin de l'Ouest, Mespalian: Lændenmâ) or simply l'Ouest ("the West"), is a province of Ainin. It is the smallest province of Ainin by GDP and population, and the only province where the language of communication is not French — it is Mespalian. Its borders roughly correspond to the Duchy of Ponant, the ancestral lands of the House of Radisson. Template:Provinces of Ainin
