Wiktór Maria Kozlowski was the ninth President of Lecistan from 19 July 2015 to 24 August 2015, as well as leader of the National Union for the Resurgence of Lecistan. Born in Szimóngôcz in 1938, Kozlowski entered the Royal Chamber as deputy of South Szimóngôcz in 1985 on the National Party ticket, later moving to Free Lecistan in 1995, and later being appointed as the leader of the National Union for the Resurgence of Lecistan on 17 July 2015. He was appointed as President with a minority Chamber a few days later. His presidency is seen as disastrous, with the Siege of Brzny and the rise of the Sons of Lecodissian Sovereignty and Purity during his rule. He was ousted from power in a coup d'état headed by general Jóvanne-Márco Sáltucéri on 24 August 2015, and was forced to reside in Nevanmaa.
