Lanrism
Lanrism, officially known as the Lánrì Doctrine (Neo-Dào: 蓝日主义; transliteration: Lánrì Zhǔyì), is a distinct socio-political and techno-philosophical ideology that emerged in Daojing, developed by Lán Tiānhé. Rooted in anarcho-futurist principles, Lanrism calls for the abolition of state structures and cultural stagnation to achieve unprecedented technological and social progress. Its foundational tenet asserts that true innovation and societal harmony can only arise in the absence of centralized authority, hierarchical power, and rigid cultural norms.
Lanrism diverges significantly from traditional anarchist and futurist ideologies through its emphasis on integrative autonomy, which seeks to balance decentralized governance with the coordination necessary to prevent authoritarian resurgence. This philosophy combines libertarian socialism, ecological futurism, and post-humanism into a cohesive framework. A core belief of Lanrism is that technology, when wielded collectively and equitably, can act as a liberating force rather than a tool of oppression. Lanrism's distinctiveness lies in its concept of "revolutionary synthesis", which prioritizes pragmatic innovation over ideological orthodoxy. It posits that pre-industrial and developing societies must reject historical power paradigms, including statism and cultural essentialism, to achieve total liberation. Lanrism also advocates for post-human evolution through technological enhancement, proposing a redefinition of humanity’s role in shaping the future.
While initially seen as a localized ideology tailored to Daojing, Lanrism has been proposed as a universal framework adaptable to other societies grappling with technological stagnation, environmental collapse, or centralized oppression. Proponents argue that it represents a necessary evolution of anarchism and futurism, capable of addressing the challenges of the modern era.
From its conception in Daojing, Lanrism has influenced the political and cultural trajectory of the nation. It became the guiding doctrine of the Integrative Assembly, Daojing's decentralized administrative structure, and inspired numerous global movements advocating for technological equity and decentralized governance. Its adherents regard Lanrism as both a critique of historical systems and a blueprint for a harmonious, technology-driven society.
Despite its broad appeal within Daojing, Lanrism has faced skepticism abroad due to its rejection of traditional state structures and its radical redefinition of culture.
