Sangvar, officially the Special Angkar Zones of Sangvar (Sangvaran Preimeai: តំបន់អង្គារពិសេសសាងវ៉ា, Dâmbân Ângkâr Pîsés Sângvâr), is a country in southern Atusia. It spans an area of XXX square kilometres (XXX square miles), and has a population of about XXX million. Its capital and most populous city is Krachang. The country is also a politically and economically distinct satellite state under the direct influence of Daojing.
Sangvar is governed by the Angkar, a no-party system modeled closely on Daojing's Netmind Protocol. The state emphasizes collective agricultural policies, rural industrialization, and the preservation of Sangvaran traditions as reinterpreted through futurist ideals. Political activities and decisions are overseen by Supreme Overseer Sovann Chey.
As a member of the Wujing Pact, Sangvar is firmly aligned with Daojing in matters of regional and international policy. It has no independent foreign policy, relying entirely on Daojing’s diplomatic apparatus to represent its interests. Sangvar also participates in joint military exercises under the Wujing Pact and houses Daojing military advisors to ensure its armed forces remain ideologically loyal and operationally prepared.
