Duke Justin Ulpius (Gaius Ulpius Saunio Iustinus Felix Iason; b. 1 May 1992) is a Latin nobleman and businessman. He is the eldest son of former Consul Maria Tarpeia and Duke Christopher Ulpius. He is primary shareholder of his family's holdings and the controlling stake in ULArgentaria, which his father previously serves as CEO. He is the great-grandson of Emperor Constantine XIX of Latium.
He inherited the ducal titles of Vindobona on 19 July 2016, after his father was murdered when leaving an event during the 2016 Ludi Circenses.
Early life
Vindobona was born on 1 May 1992 at Sancta Maria Hospital in Castellum ab Alba. Justin is the third born child of Christopher Ulpius, 19th Duke of Vindobona and Maria Tarpeia. He has two older sisters, and one younger brother and sister. Justin began his schooling at St. Michael's in metropolitan Castellum, later attending Pescia Academy, boarding school in Adrianople, for his first two years of secondary school. He enrolled at Imperial College at the University of Ascanium after completing his secondary schooling at Lyceum Sanctus Michael. At Imperial College, he earned degrees in business and economics.
Personal life
Vindobona began courting Lihnidosi noblewoman Filippa of Messenia in September 2016. They married in October 2018.
