The 2001 Garetolian Film Festival was the third showing of the Garetolian Film Festival. It was held from 19 December 1999 to 25 December 1999. Like every other event of the type, it featured 13 films. The prize for Best Comedy was awarded to Feudal Attempts, the prize for Best Action was awarded to The Pact, the prize for Best Horror was awarded to Case, and the prize for Best Film was given to Feudal Attempts. It was hosted by Martin Holt.
