The Stratean section of the 2023 Manalan Ice Hockey Championship qualification acted as qualifiers for the 2023 Manalan Ice Hockey Championship, to be held in Greater Niagara, for national ice hockey teams that are members of the Stratean Confederation of Ice Hockey (SCIH). Nine of the twenty-four slots in the final tournament were available for SCIH teams.
Format
The qualification structure for the 2023 Manalan Ice Hockey Championship was as follows:
- First round: 8 teams (ranked 13-20) played home-and-away over two legs. The four winners advanced to the second round.
- Second round: 16 teams (ranked 1-12 and 4 first-round winners) were divided into four groups of four teams to play round-robin at a neutral site. The top 2 teams from each group qualified for the 2023 Manalan Championship.
- Third round: The two teams with the most points that failed to qualify play home-and-away over two legs for the ninth slot.
