As a member of the Rally for Social Democracy, she has served as a member of the Gagian Assembly since 30 July 2011, after she won election for the XXth constituency on 31 May 2011. Céleste had previously served as the Mayor of Charlut, her hometown, from 14 September 2009 until her resignation on 8 June 2011 after successfully winning her election to the Gagian Assembly.
