Ulysse Cohen (18 July 1909 - 23 August 1983) was a Gagian politician and military leader who served as Prime Minister during the Third Great War, having founded the communist Revolutionary Committee for Reform in response to economic troubles faced under Green Realist Party leadership of the nation. Ulysse Cohen appointed himself as Chairman of the Revolutionary Committee on 11 April 1968, holding the position until his assassination on 23 August 1983. Cohen also held the position of acting Minister of Defense up until his assassination.
