The Green Bloc was a Garetolian political coalition which existed from its formation 1979 up until its cessure in 1988. It was formed by the coalescence of the Environmental Reform Party and the Social Environmental Party, the former of which produced the only two leaders of the Bloc. Sunflowers joined the Bloc in 1984 which would give the Green Bloc a majority in the Garetolian Parliament. In 1988, members of the Green Bloc voted to officially merge and become a single party; as such, the Green Party was formed.

The Green Bloc was instrumental in the passing of several environmentally conscious laws in the 1980s, including the establishment of the Garetolia National Parks and Recreation Service (GANAPARS), as well as the first ban on capital punishment in 1984. Despite controlling a majority in parliament for much of their existence, the Green Bloc never controlled the prime ministry.
