The 2003 Garetolian Film Festival was the fifth showing of the Garetolian Film Festival. It was held from 19 December 2003 to 25 December 2003. Like every other event of the type, it featured 13 films. The prize for Best Comedy was awarded to Hindrance, the prize for Best Action was awarded to Winded, the prize for Best Horror was awarded to The Policeman, and the prize for Best Film was given to Hindrance. It was hosted by Robert Heron.
