The 2010 Garetolian Film Festival was the ninth showing of the Garetolian Film Festival. It was held from 19 December to 25 December in 2010. As with every other Garetolian film festival, it featured 13 films. The prize for Best Comedy was awarded to Four Stars, the prize for Best Action was awarded to Alexandria, the prize for Best Horror was awarded to i, which was also named the Best Film. It was hosted by Mono Koro'o.
