The 2011 Garetolian Film Festival was the tenth showing of the Garetolian Film Festival. It was held from 19 December to 25 December in 2011. As with every other Garetolian film festival, it featured 13 films. The 2010 GFF was the first of the showings to feature an award for Best Romance. Longnose was named Best Comedy,Diamonds was named Best Action, Between was named Best Horror, Revolver was named Best Romance, and Diamonds was named Best Film. It was hosted by Aaron Francis.
2011 was the last year to feature a category for horror films as a result of the 2006 GSAG Guidelines, and was subsequently replaced by the category for the best "dark" film, which includes light horror and thriller films.
