Apollo Foundation or commonly known as APOLLO is a multi-purpose organization specializing in exploration and ownership over dimensional rifts, as well as research against unidentified, interdimensional lifeforms. As such, they have created their own armor system inspired by the Cosmic Vermillion Armor, to supplement their parapolice squad in the fight against interdimensional attacks and to guard the exploration teams. It is active in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area and is the only guild in Orientia to have eight S-Rank awakeneds.

Despite being multi-purpose, APOLLO itself by nature is no different than a guild for awakeneds. Being the largest among other guilds in Orientia, the guild has four elite squads instead of just one. Each squad consist of at least eight A-rank awakeneds and two S-rank awakened as leaders.

APOLLO was the first one to explore and hold ownership over permanent dimensional rifts that are known to have abundant resources that are useful for human life. As such, they sell contracts and security services to companies and governments that are interested in mining or utilizing the rifts. Despite this, only medium to small sized rifts are opened for public, as larger rifts have been contracted permanently by high-ranked Omega member-owned companies.

History

Foundation

Following the transformation of the Rising Dawn faction into Omega as part of the Treaty of Jeddah, the First Orders of Omega took the initiative to make a subsidiary that'd serve as a front for training and providing awakeneds as well as exploring dimensional rifts. Mugen was chosen to be the chairman of the new organization. Originally, it was a mercenary-like guild owned by Omega, that were contracted by overseas government for exploration. In 2046, research and development department was founded to aid members with better armors.
