Lena's primary language is Gelonian though she is also fluent in Ghantish and Latin. She holds varying levels competency in Anglic and Aulic. Gelatin was her first language during childhood, but since adulthood has spoken of a desire to focus on "true Gelonian languages".

Relationships

Since 2009, Lena has been romantically linked to a number of prominent figures including, Bran Foirbis and Atellus. Lena first public relationship was in 2009, when she dated Bran Foirbis, star player for LMH's HC Gwer Durnovaria. Their relationship was reportedly on and off according to close friends. She and Forbis were often seen together at local night clubs, and team gatherings. Later in 2011, Lena was linked to Latin musician Atellus after he released photographs on his social media that she was invited backstage after a number of his concerts. From 2012 until 2014, she dated a classmate at St Riothamus College.

Mrriage

On 19 June 2015, the Royal Household confirmed that Lena was courting Prince Louis of Gaemar, the younger brother of then Marius I, King of Gaemar. Their courtship was brief, as Lena confirmed their engagement in a social media post on 20 November 2015.

Lena and Louis were married on 19 April 2016 at Saint-Brieuc Basilica, in Oxonia. Lena announced the couple's first pregnancy on her social media accounts in early May 2016, confirming that she was three months pregnant. She gave birth to their first child, Alara, on 18 October 2016. On 15 August 2019, their second child was born, named Arthur for her late, older brother Arthur, Duke of Oxonia. Lena splits her time between Gelonia and Gaemar, maintaining an apartment at the royal estate in Durnovaria.

Personal union controversy

At the time of her marriage, Lena's husband was the younger brother Marius, King of Gaemaer. However, as Marius was unmarried and had no legitimate issue, Louis remained heir presumptive. On 19 September 2017, Marius died and Louis ascended to the throne of Gaemar as Louis III, resulting in Lena becoming Queen consort.

The ascension of Louis as King and Lena's status as Queen quickly prompted concerns in Gelonia for her position as heir presumptive and future Queen regnant of Gelonia. Initially, Lena brushed off concerns of a potential personal union between Gelonia and Gaemar as she and Louis only had one child, a daughter, who was ineligible to become King of Gaemar. However, in 2019, Lena gave birth to a son and again prompted concerns of a personal union. Following her son's birth, Lena maintained that she had "no intention of abdicating" her role as heir presumptive. On 10 October 2019, Lena announced that her son, like her daughter, was baptized into the Church of Gelonia. Due to the Gaemarlan requirement to follow the Catholic faith, Lena's son is currently ineligible to become King of Gaemar
