LIberty and Justice (Caithian: Rhyddid a Chyfiawnder, Ghaillish: Saoirse agus Ceartas) is a liberal conservative political party that operates in County Caithia. It is affiliated with the Liberty Party and works with them at a national level. The party was founded in 1980 to contest Caithia's legislative elections. In 2019, the party split when three dissatisfied assemblymembers resigned from the party to form The Wave.
