The Arucian Federation, the short name for the Community of Nations Joint Trust Territory of the Arucian Federation, also known as the Joint-Allied Force in the Arucian from 1934 to 1935, was a Community of Nations trust territory and political confederation formed out of the islands which had formerly been part of the Gaullican colonial possessions in the Viceroyalty of the Arucian. Formed originally as a military command of the Grand Alliance at the end of the Great War along with military occupation, the Community of Nations established the Federation as a political establishment to oversee the de-functionalisation, democratisation and eventually self-rule of the colonial territories. The Federation was comprised of 9 autonomous districts, each with a powerful executive Governor appointed by the Trusteeship Council and the Allied Powers. The central government of the federation was the Arucian Senate, which functioned both as legislative and executive. However, the powers the central government wielded were weak, with extensive powers being effectively wielded by the Districts.

Under the influence of the Sainte-Chloé governor Pierre Voloix, in 1945 the four west Arucian districts, comprising modern Sainte-Chloé and Carucere would join the United Provinces, with the capital and centre of power shifting from Port de la Sainte to Port-au-Grégoire in the east. In 1947, the remaining five districts held a referendum to determine the status of sovereignty. Two, Parane and Îles Émeraude, would decide to join Satucin; another two, Île d'Émeraude and !Saint-Joyeux, would declare independence; and the remaining district, Îles des Saints, voted to return to Gaullica. After a transitional period while the various states prepared for the transition, the Arucian Federation came to an end in 1952 with the complete independence of Île d'Émeraude
