Liisa Paasikivi (16 October 1923) is a retired Balambian soldier who served during the Estharian Civil War and the Second Europan War.

Liisa wasn't initially keen on joining in the army. But with the death of her family during the Estharian Civil War, she was drawn to pick up a rifle and fight for her life. Following the civil war, Liisa voluntarily enlisted in the army. Being raised with a knowledge of survival and wilderness skills, she was recognised by a Lucian Army envoy, who was looking for potential volunteers for a Special Operations unit. Together with her close friends that included her commanding officer, Antonio Celeste, Juho Hietanen, and Riisa Vanhala, they were made official members of Oboe Company, a unit within the Special Air Service.

Liisa is known as the group's cheerleader, hence she would often keep them in high spirits despite everything she went through in her life. He treated Oboe Company members as her own family, especially Läurni Berg, who had taken a strong admiration for her. They were married following the war's end. In 1953, Liisa was honourable discharged along with Riisa following her marriage to Hietanen. Liisa and Läurni would settle down in Erebonia, where they had 3 more children.
