The 2nd Emperor's Law Council is the current meeting of the Law Council that convened on December 16th, 2022 during the reign of Emperor Conall Solis and it will end on December 16th, 2023 respectively. The council was formed and abided by Section 8 of the Basic Rights Of Makko Oko, with apportionment and assignment of membership in the council completed under the November revision of the Basic Rights, different to that of the first council. This led to a drastically different council to that of the first, with every councilmember being a government official of some stature.

In addition to the November revision, the second council was also the first to gain the newly defined powers under the Devolution Of Council Authority Act Of 2022, enacted by Emperor Conall Solis and set to take effect the day the second council convened. The defined powers include the power to impeach public officials, with limitations, and the power to establish commissions, among other abilities.
