Chantelle Carson (born October 14th, 1971) is a Zamastanian politician and diplomat who has served as the 56th Secretary of State of Zamastan since September 22nd, 2022, having been appointed by President Sabine Armitage. Her appointment and confirmation to her office made it the first time in the country's history that the three highest officeholders were all women (the other being Speaker Alisha Fletcher). Prior to her confirmation to Secretary of State, Carson served as the senator for Tregueux's 4th senate district from 2010-2022. She headed the foreign relations committee from 2015-2021 and served intermediately as the Deputy-Ambassador to the Coalition of Crown Albatross from 2018-22.
