Maradra, also known as the Kingdom of Aouni Maradra (ⵟⴰⴳⴻⵍⴷⴰ ⴷⴻⴳ ⵄⵡɛⵓⵏⵉ ⵎⵓⵔⴰⴷⵔⴰⵔ tl. ) or simply as Aouni Maradra, is a country in the northern continent of Coius that resides on the border between Rahelia and Bahia. It borders the Florian Ocean to the north, Sohar and Behera to the west, and Bamvango to the south. The country's population of over 29 million is predominantly Rahelio-Inizean and Irfanic, though there is a significant Bahian ethnic minority in the east and south of the country and a smaller——though still socially significant——Sotirian and Atudite minority in the coastal regions. Rahelian and Inizean are the official languages of the country, though multiple dialects of Rahelian, Janubian languages, as well as Estmerish are all spoken in various areas throughout the country. Located at the crossroads of empires and trade, the country has developed a unique culture which infuses various aspects of Rahelian, Euclean, and Bahian cultures.
