Raymond Buchanan Harris Jr. (born 22 May, 1971) is a Merillian politician who is the 51st and current President of the United Federation. A member of the Suffrages Party, prior to his presidency he served on the Oricuaro State Senate as well as being the senator of Oricuaro from 2013 to 2017.

Harris was born and raised in Cameronville, in the state of Oricuaro, United Federation of Merillia, he graduated from the UF Naval Academy aged 22 (1993) and joined the UF Navy not long after, serving in the submarine corps.
