The Roth-government conspiracy, also commonly referred to simply as the Roth conspiracy, is a political conspiracy both in Yisrael and worldwide that alleges that the Roth Group, Yisrael's largest private corporation, and its owners, the Roth family, are a clandestine arm of, or otherwise in collusion with, the Government of Yisrael and the Yisraeli security forces, in particular the Royal Yisraeli Intelligence Service (RYIS). This conspiratorial belief or perception has been echoed and amplified in left-wing media in Yisrael and by foreign state media and spokespeople, mainly in countries hostile to Yisrael, such as Ostrozava, Mutul, Tikal, or the like. It has also found cache in some circles within the Western Monarchies in Ghant and Garima, where certain cliques or social sectors are opposed to Yisraeli foreign policy for one reason or another.

The conspiracy dates back to the mid-1940s, owing to the participation of Roth Group corporate forerunners in the Autocracy's Operation Bamidbar. Some scholars who study the issue date it back even further to the border tensions between Sydalon and Yisrael around 1900 in the run-up to the Second West Scipian War. It most recently re-emerged in the public consciousness in the ongoing Gran Aligonian crisis.
