Rosella is the most populous city and capital of Mantocia, as well as the seat of the region of Palmedio. Continuously inhabited since roughly the 5th century BCE (though the city was founded by the Mavonan Empire in 54 BCE), the modern city has a population of over 870,000 inhabitants and covers a land area of 362 square kilometers.
