Ketha, officially the Free Republic of Ketha, is a country located in eastern Abos. It is the fourth most populous of the Sexish Countries and fifth largest by area. It is bordered by Trewince to the north, Suder to the west, Fluvannia to the east, and the coastline of the Achrinian Ocean to the south. The official language is Sexish with minorities of various languages present, especially in urban areas. Fluvan and Trewinter are recognized as minority languages with local governments allowed to operate in these languages. Signifigant minorities of foreign workers, primarily Buhyeo from Toykisha have immigrated to the country in the past several decades. The capital of the country is Auldton but the largest city is Fort Hope.

Ketha is of unknown etymological origin, though it is believed to originate from Old Fluvan or Old Sexish. The country was a middling power in the region, often overpowered by its neighbors but powerful enough to maintain independence. Through a series of strategic marriages, Ketha annexed several Trewinter kingdoms into Ketha-Trewince under the reign of George III. The union of Ketha-Trewince became a major constituent kingdom of the Union of the Seven Crowns, and was the founding state after Erik the Great united the various kingdoms under his rule. When the Kingdom dissolved in 1916, Ketha-Trewince continued as a monarchy. In 1925, a referendum to retain or abolish the monarchy saw a clear divide between former Trewince and former Ketha. After violent riots, Trewince split off of Ketha-Trewince. Ketha would abolish the monarchy and attempt to seize the monarch's palace but failed. From 1937 until 1966 Ketha would be under de facto military rule, though the country would democratize in 1966 and reestablish free and fair elections. Along with the other Sexish Countries, Ketha would intervene in the Third Great War.

With a population of roughly 11.2 million and covering 130,967 square kilometers, Ketha has a middling population density, at 85.5 people per square kilometer. Its economy is primarily built off of tourism, trade, services, and the financial sector. The country is a federal parliamentary republic, with regions being the primary administrative unit. Ketha is a member of the Sexish Union and Global Community.
