As of November 2022, Air Gagium flies to 73 domestic destinations and TBD international destinations in TBD countries on the continents of Stratea, Abos, the Furbish Islands, Galia, and Frigo, including 15 destinations in The Furbish Islands and 12 destinations in Greater Niagara. Additionally, Air Gagium flies to TBD destinations controlled by the Khakmadoy government of the León Monarchy.

Air Gagium currently operates three hubs.
- Georges Deloffre International Airport – Air Gagium's primary hub in the heart of Rachelia and the Gagian coast. Air Gagium operates regional, national, and international flights from Georges Deloffree, and holds roughly 63% of the market share at the airport.
- Allen International Airport – Located in the center of the nation's Etrine River watershed, Allen International services the agriculture-rich population centers of Gourel and Etrine. Air Gagium primarily offers domestic flights at Allen International, but also offers international flights to Pätschlàn, the León Monarchy, and Saint Sienia.
- Chatrois International Airport – Air Gagium owns about 55% of the market share at Chatrois's international airport, where it offers regional, domestic, and international flights to all the continents of the world. Air Gagium also offers several seasonal flights to Saint Sienia from this hub.
