== Eligibility ==
All persons are eligible for the medal, regardless of the citizenship or status. Due to the nature of Mavean demographics, with large influxes of foreign workers throughout the year, the medal was specifically designed to have a wide eligibility so to not overlook recipients who would be otherwise ineligible.
