The Casino de Montecara is a gambling establishment in Montecara. It is the most famous casino in the world, its name synonymous with vast fortunes won and lost. It has appeared in hundreds of movies, television shows, plays, and books.

The Montecaran state, which owns and operates the casino through its wholly owned company SpT Montecara, has a legal monopoly on the gambling industry. The casino earned gaming-only revenue of over €350 million in 2022, netting close to €30 million in profits.

The casino offers card games including poker, blackjack, baccarat, sette e mezzo, and trente et quarante, various types of roulette, slot machines, and video poker. Several rooms are dedicated to sports betting, with bookmakers taking wagers on sports from across the world.
