The Casino de Montecara is a gambling establishment in Montecara. It is the most famous casino in the world, its name synonymous with vast fortunes won and lost. It has appeared in hundreds of movies, television shows, plays, and books.

The Montecaran state, which owns and operates the casino through its wholly owned company SpT Montecara, has a legal monopoly on the gambling industry. The casino earned gaming-only revenue of over €350 million in 2022, netting close to €30 million in profits.

The casino offers card games including poker, blackjack, baccarat, sette e mezzo, and trente et quarante, various types of roulette, slot machines, and video poker. Several rooms are dedicated to sports betting, with bookmakers taking wagers on sports from across the world.

The casino attracts a global clientele, with particular focus on eastern Euclea, Rahelia, and southwestern Coius. The illegality of gambling in Zorasan and Tsabara attracts particularly large numbers of players from those countries.

In addition to its gaming rooms, the casino includes a restaurant, bars and cafés, and retail locations for luxury brands including Bergamin, !rolex, !lv, and !gucci. Its adjacent hotel includes a large swimming pool and spa as well as facilities for conferences and a theater for live music and entertainment.

In accordance with Montecaran law, the casino is forbidden from extending credit to local citizens. Its operations are regulated by the Secretariat of Trade and Industry.

The casino has been the subject of paintings, films, music, and other works of art nearly since its inception. It is the namesake of the Montecara method and Montecara algorithm in mathematics, both of which are so named because they are based on randomness (as in a casino game).
