In 2024, Bullhead was the fourth-largest software company in the world by revenue and market capitalization, and the largest headquartered in Nortua. The company produces a wide range of other consumer and enterprise software for desktops, laptops, tabs, gadgets, and servers, including Internet search. The company also sells database software (particularly the Bullhead Database) and cloud computing. Bullhead's core application software is a suite of enterprise software products, such as enterprise resource planning, human capital management, customer relationship management, and enterprise performance management software.

Bullhead has been criticised for various aspects of its products and business practices. Frequently criticized are the ease of use, robustness, and security of the company's software. Also criticized are oftentimes morally questionable dealings with government officials.
