Cardiff is the capital and largest city of Cadair. It is Cadair's primary commercial center, the base for most national cultural institutions and Cymry media, and the home of the Cymry monarch, the Mab Darogan. The 2020 census estimated that the unitary authority area population was around 12,092,000, and the wider urban area constituted roughly 1,500,000 more. Cardiff is a significant tourist center and the most popular visitor destination on the continent of Adula with 61.3 million visitors in 2017. The city is a major seaport, as it's located on the inside curve of the Gulf of Cadair. In 2018, Mab Darogan Waywffon Morgan ordered power to be shut of all across Cardiff, only for power to return four hours later, as Morgan announced the conversion of the entire city to marine energy was complete, making Cardiff the largest city on Iearth to be completely powered by alternative clean energy.

Cardiff is also home to one of the main offices of the Coalition of Crown Albatross, the Cymry International Complex, which serves as one of the headquarters of the international organization when alternative meeting spaces are required outside of the centralized headquarters complex in Tofino, Zamastan. It is also the headquarters of the World Cup Organization
