Case Peafowl is a name given to a military operation planned and implemented by the Imperial Quenminese Armed Forces. It was executed on May 10 after the success of Case Mazeppa, with the intention of establishling a new frontline to hinder the Socialist Republic of Burmia's military progress in suppressing its internal rebellions and preventing the forces of the Ducal Republic of Bethausia, Dalmasca and Nabradia, and Esthar and Balamb from committing any further incursions from the south.
