The Coalition Security Council Resolution 242 was put to a vote on 21 September 2023 by the CCA Security Council, as a procedural resolution aimed at condemning the invasion of Haduastan by Elastan, Joraistan, Barangadesh, Atylestan, and Kylastan. Shoassau and Zamastan introduced the resolution. As this was a procedural resolution, no permanent member could exercise their veto power.

Framework
Uniting for Peace in Haduastan:
1. The CCA Security Council hereby condemns the aggression against Haduastan.
2. The CCA Security Council hereby recognizes the humanitarian consequences of the aggression against Haduastan.
3. The CCA Security Council hereby recognizes and affirms the territorial integrity of Haduastan: defending the principles of the Charter of the Coalition of Crown Albatross.
4. The CCA Security Council hereby authorizes furtherance of remedy and reparation for aggression against Haduastan.
