Edmond Passereau (born January 21, 1983) is a Zamastanian politician and journalist who serves as the Representative for Verdesia's 4th congressional district since 2018, having been elected for the 108th meeting of Congressional Hall. A member of the Conservative Capitalist Party, he was nominated by the party to run for president in the 2024 election after Jay Gaviria failed to garner enough support.

A graduate of the University of Aebutius School of Journalism, Passereau's journalism career spanned from 2001-2017 and included being a columnist for the Verdesia Provincial, a commentator for ZNN, and a chief editorial role for the Svalberg Herald. He also appeared on many news networks and publications as a conservative strategy analyst. In 2018, he ran for his home district's congressional seat and defeated BCP incumbent Pierre Olern. He has won each congressional election since by strong margins. Passereau has described himself as a libertarian and a "true conservative", with some having described him as populist.
