Husaam Khalili Naval Base is a major naval base of the Emmirian Navy and WEDA at Tarijibar, Emmiria. Located on the Emmiria Sea, it is a geostrategically important port for its location in the western Cantalle Ocean and near the vital junction of the Tarijar Strait. Formally known in WEDA as Naval Support Activity, Tarijibar (NSA-Tarijibar), and more commonly in Emmiria as the Munbaida Naval Base, it serves as the second largest (in numbers of warships harbored) naval base of the Emmirian Navy and the largest and most prominent naval base for WEDA in the Emmiria Sea. Additionally, it features the only deep water port on the Emmiria Sea that is suitable and capable of maintaining the largest aircraft carriers (class "supercarriers"). The only other such options available for the Zamastanian Navy in Adula is Garnier Naval Base in Courbagne, New Elkland, which requires transiting into the Albarine Sea.

The naval base was built at the Tarijibar port in 1951 to accomodate allied warships during the World War. After the war, the base continued operating as a forward base for allied ships, and after Emmiria joined WEDA in 2011 it became a principle naval facility. It is named after Husaam Khalili, a commondant who fought the Unified Sera Royal Navy in the Zanjana War.
