The Ioktsou Confederacy (Ragish: 彧州連合 hhytseu lihhu) is a partnership and vigilancy that enjoys the subscription of much of Ragland and recognizes the precedence of the Thatsong Court. It is an internationally represented entity, with formal relations with other countries of the world, and a seat in the Assembly of Nations. The Confederacy is also one of the oldest extant partnerships in Aussia, established in 1688 during the fall of the Axial Empire. Since then, the Confederacy's foremost declared goal is to ensure security for its members, and maintain a stable regional political and commercial landscape.

The proprietors and subscribers that make up the Confederacy add up to a population of 53 million and a gross domestic product of $1.64 trillion, or $31,000 per capita. It is one of the largest economies in Aussia and the world.

The Confederacy's vigilancy is a military force that is about 130,000 men strong as of 2019. It includes a green-water navy. The vigilancy is funded by member donations, and is the recipient of the vast majority of the Confederacy's revenues.
