Objective DBC was an Allied special operation during the Second Europan War that was devised in order to investigate the reason behind the Chemical Bombing of Kawingyi on 21 July 1943. Field Marshal Sir Archibald Sugiyama expressed his immediate concern and had placed the operation as top priority for the Allies. The SOE was called in to investigate further on the problems.

Working closely with the SAS, the SOE recruited agents from Joyonghea and from the Free Quenminese movement. Several investigations were carried out to discover that the main chemical agent used in the bombing was Brynyl, a more lethal and powerful variant of the Imperial chemical Sarin. It was soon discovered that in Imperial-occupied Bhutania, Brynyl was being tested on several prisoners, particularly Darscens in a Monastery. The SOE managed to track the origin of the chemical, which was found in Northern Quenmin and was later sabotaged by Allied Commandos in February.

The operation revealed the Imperial plan to bomb Lucis Commonwealth capital cities to provoke the Allies into surrendering, codenamed Operation B-1.
