The Provisional Government of the Chandan Republic, or just the Chandan Republic, was a exiled provisional government that was internationally recognized as the de jure government of Chanda between 1935 to 1951. The end of the Great War resulted in the signing of the Treaty of Keisi, which included the creation of an independent state of Chanda and a provisional government by the Grand Alliance. However the People's Liberation Army, which governed the region under the West Shalegho Commandery, refused to allow the Provisional Government to be established as stipulated by the treaty. Senria hosted the Provisional Government and recognized it as the de jure government until 1951, when Nurlan Sabir established the Republic of Chanda and made friendly overtures to Senria. In early November 1951, Senria dropped its recognition of the Provisional Government in favor of the new republic. Over the next year it gradually lost international recognition until it dissolved itself several months later. During the sixteen years of its existence, it never controlled any of its de jure territory.
