Selika is the largest city in Artaska, followed by the capital of Coplesti. It is the country's largest port and a hub for economics and business in the Sotoan Basin Union. Historically, because of its strategic position and its excellent deep-water port, the city was fiercely contested, especially between Cylata, Constantio, Beatavic, and Artaska, changing rulers and demographics many times over centuries. There are more than 1,050,000 people in the city and the surrounding metro, making it one of the biggest population centers in Western Nortua.
