Who is in the G7?

Originally the IC Group of 7 was first mentioned in 2015[1] and referenced again in 2018.[2] This included the following players: Adaptus, Emakera, Jilderen, Orioni, Suverina, Tagmatium, Vocenae. At the time this selection was based on 2 criteria: activity and calculated GDP. Going forward, I think the list of players needs to be updated to reflect your changing community. If we apply the same criteria, our current G7 would include the following players: List of countries by GDP on Eurth. -- Orioni (talk) 13:10, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

Delamarian Proposal

My proposal for a G7 will be posted to the forums soon. But the basic overview of it will be as follows. The 7 members of the group will be the 7 largest economies among the actively RPing nations. Along with an organisation, probably the GIN or ATARA. The group would hold meetings once or twice a year, possibly every quarter, to discuss economic and political issues and opportunitiesm with a rotating chairmanship between the member states. -- Delamaria 13:22, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

Should there be more members?

Because the RL G7 used to include Russia, making it the G8. We could make the interaction more interesting by increasing the number of eligible players to G10 or maybe even G20. Any thoughts on this? -- Orioni (talk) 13:18, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

Possible G10, G20 etc

I would be more than welcoming of a large group such as these. Whilst still retaining more exclusive groups to larger economies. An annual G20 meeting would probably include most of the active nations and one or two international organisations. -- User:Delamaria 13:33, 11 March (UTC)

Who would be members of the G7?

Based on the largest active economies in Eurth, it would probably include Orioni, Gallambria, Iverica, Variota, Seylos, Tagmatium and Delamaria, maybe along with an organisation such as ATARA or GIN, similar to the EU's membership. Of course these countries could be changed around, the real G7 isnt the top 7 economies, but 7 of the top economies with similar ideologies. I dont know yet if Sunset Sea Islands and Sa Hara are active enough to warrant being G7 members. -- User:Delamaria 14:46, 28 March (UTC)
