Longkodo Ukudenggi (Xiaodongese: 龙葵都 哭等个; Lóngkuídōu Kūděnggè) is a mixed ethnic Xiaodongese-Duljunese politician who has served as the Governor of Duljun since the creation of the post in 2002.

Ukudenggi was born in Henjintao to a Duljunese father and a Xiaodongese mother, attending the Military Academy of Xiaodong graduating with the rank of Lieutenant in 1970. He was posted in Duljun when it was still under martial law in the 1980's, and following the start of the Third Duljunese-Xiaodongese War was heavily involved in counter-guerrilla operations against the Duljunese People's Liberation Front. During the war Ukudenggi was loyal to the Xiaodongese government unlike many Duljunese officers who defected to the DPLF. After the the war Ukudenggi joined the Xiaodong Regeneration Society and in the 1998 election was elected to the State Presidium, where he became a member of the Han Guanzheng government as the Secretary of State for Duljun, the first ethnically Duljunese member of the Council of Ministers.

As Duljun's Secretary of State Ukudenggi was crucial in pushing for a devolution settlement for the territory, allying with Han Guanzheng against conservatives in Xiaodong opposed to increased Duljunese autonomy. Ukudenggi was the Xiaodongese governments preferred choice to become Governor of Duljun. Due to the perceived political difficulties of the Regeneration Society in Duljun, Ukudenggi created the Motherland Party, a satellite party of the Regeneration Society. In the first election of the Duljunese Regional Presidium the Motherland Party was the only party allowed to contest and so won all the seats in the Regional Presidium, with Ukudenggi becoming the Governor of Duljun. He went onto win elections in 2007 and 2012.

As Duljunese Governor Ukudenggi has promoted policies pertaining to economic development, privatising state owned assets, investing in infrastructure, encouraging foreign investment and regulating industry. However, Ukudenggi has supported controlling imports to support import substitution industrialisation in contrast to the central governments aim to encourage economic development via export-oriented industrialisation. Ukudenggi has attempted to improve clean water access in Duljun, provide more equalised housing and preserve elements of Duljunese culture in a Xiaodongese nationalist framework. Ukudenggi has been accused of ignoring ethnic issues and discrimination towards Duljunese people as well as overseeing huge inequalities. Ukudenggi has also been criticised for overseeing the worst environmental record in Xiaodong.

Ukudenggi identifies as a national conservative. His administration has been accused of corruption, nepotism, cronyism and disregard for the rule of law to the point Duljun is run like a police state. Ukudenggi has been called a "kleptocrat who is firmly aligned with a small group of oligarchs in Duljun" and has been linked to organised crime.
