The New Capital Society was a secret society formed in Colburn (now Gatovita) whose goal was to no longer have Etherset as the capital city of Vitosium. The only members of the organization were Benjamin Cabrali, Calisto Palacino, David Mendes, and Gustavo Bouveia.
They were successful in their goal and officially disbanded after Calisto Palacino's death in 1856.
