Vincent Sebastian Gatostico is a Vitosian civil rights attorney and politician who is currently serving as the 35th Prime Minister of Vitosium as well as the son of former Prime Minister, Apollo Gatostico. He is also the second homosexual Prime Minister, following Sino Tamley.

Personal Life

Vincent Sebastian Gatostico was the third child of former PM, Apollo Gatostico, and surgeon, Dr. Vanessa Gatostico (nee Alcantara). He was born and raised in Gatovita, Kingsland, as his father was a prominent political figure who would serve two terms as the 30th Prime Minister of Vitosium from 1992 to 2000. In 2002, the family would then move to Castellatri, Tolagovia. While originally wanting to pursue architecture, he would eventually settle on law, graduating from the esteemed Graycott Law School in Granelton, Casca, in 2011. He would become a civil rights attorney until 2016 where he was inspired to run against Raymond Venancias in the efforts of leading the country better.

2019

January

  • Signed the Vitosian Economic Union Accord, which guarantees free, fair and open trade/transfer of all goods, services, raw materials, commodities and labor between member states without prejudice

  • Signed the Road Safety Accord, which provides training and competency standards for individuals who operate or maintain commercial road vehicles

June

  • Signed the 2019 Patient's Rights Act, an update to an already existing act brought about by former PM John Savori Jr., which states that all persons have the right to participate in the assessment of their medical needs, the development of their treatment plans and to receive information concerning their condition and treatment. The act asserts that medical professionals must be able to provide these services without undue government interference in the doctor/patient relationship, as well as further asserting that patients have the right to expect confidential treatment of all communications and records relating to their care

  • Signed the Nuclear Disaster Response Act, which sought to improve the nation's security by boosting military budgets

  • Signed the Workplace Safety Standards Act, which guarantees the right of all employees to a much more safer working environment

  • Signed the Housing Mitigation Act, which guaranteed research in innovative strategies in home construction, land use planning, and urban development to maximize affordable housing

  • On March 4th, 2021, Prime Minister Gatostico declared that January 20th, the day that Sino Tamley was born, will be known as "Sino Tamley Day".
