Tsǫt'aan is a title of imperial rank in Dzenic and some human languages, equal in status to Emperor and someone who rules a Dze Confederation. The title is genderless and the spouse of the Tsǫt'aan bears the title of Ṕaaẋŋt'aan, meaning "second leader".
It can also be translated as "T'aan of T'aans" or "Great T'aan", with the former being the most common rendition for people outside the confederation.
