Hate speech has been outlawed since the Revolution of 1613 and it is considered incredibly taboo and socially disrespectful to speak harmfully against people of queer identities. Same-sex marriage stands equal to inter-sex marriages as no binary gender system exists in Kyldigardian culture to distinguish the two. Non-indigenous human citizens are offered the same LGBT rights as Kyleth, including the indigenous Scizc peoples of the Clastoclites.
