A Commonwealth for nations small and fabulous. Nations of the Empyrean commit themself to the pursuit of beauty and aesthetics in all of its forms, whether that be in the form of the arts, sciences, cultures, or magics.
Organization
Azure Council
The Azure Council is the governing body of the Empyrean Commonwealth. It consists of installed Councilors of every member-nation. Each member-nation has 1 vote. They can assign however many officials of their choosing to the Azure Council as Councilors, assigning each of them a designated fraction of their 1 vote.
Agreements
Non Aggression
Member-nations are prohibited from taking offensive actions against other member-nations.
Mutual Defense
Member-nations are committed to aid each other in defensive wars against foreign aggression.
Strategic Cooperation
Member-nations are committed to cooperation in military and sharing strategic intelligence.
Economic Cooperation
Member-nations are part of a collective free market. They commit to free movement of goods and people between the member-nations.
Mutual Development
Member-nations cooperate in the development of science, culture, arts, and magic; with joint projects and academies.
