A number of institutions in the Conelibek area, including Société Conelibek and the University of North Conelibek, function at least partially in French. French is the historical language of the Seketese Jewish community in Conelibek, mainly descended from French Jewish refugees who emigrated during World War II.
French is also spoken in other countries of the Nelborne, as the second most popular foreign language behind English.
