The Second Seketese Republic, officially the Federal Republic of Seketan and Wilskland and later the Federal Republic of Seketan, was a presidential republic in Seketan that existed from 1924 to 1945. The state was established as a federal union between Wilskland and Seketan in the aftermath of the Seketese Revolution. It was dissolved in 1945 and replaced with the Third Republic. During its existence, it was sometimes referred to as Seketan and Wilskland or Seketan-Wilskland.

The federal republic was established in 1924 as a union of the Wilsk Republic and the Kjedorate Republic, which during the revolutionary era existed as allied but separate authorities. Loren Allis, who served as the de facto prime minister of Seketan from 1914 to 1918 and leader of the victorious Kjedorate faction during the civil war, became the first president. Under his mandate, Seketan industrialized rapidly, and urban areas in Seketan grew significantly during a brief period of economic success. The forecoming Great Depression affected the country severely, and the Kjedorate regime consolidated its power with multiple reforms carried out between 1929 and 1932.

The Trjebian dispute returned to relevance in the 1930s and caused tension between Alquiya and Seketan over the status of Trjebians in Seketan. The Wilsk Representation Movement is said to have begun in 1933 with the Ylinc protests. War with Alquiya broke out in 1937 starting the Nelborne War; New Svealand declared war on Alquiya in alliance with Seketan in 1937, and Lormotia joined against Seketan in 1938. As World War II began in mainland Europe, Seketan lent logistical support to the United Kingdom. Alquiya and Lormotia conceded defeat in 1942, and Seketan formally declared war on Nazi Germany. Immense pressure from civil unrest in many sectors of the country led Loren Allis to spearhead a new government system, which was implemented in 1945, dissolving the federal republic and incorporating Wilskland into a unitary state as a province of Seketan represented in the Hérvynsken.

The Kjedorate regime dominated politics under President Loren Allis. The Þyposty, a militarized-federal policing force established in 1929, enforced Kjedorate Party dominance. The republic was a de facto federal presidential republic but was in practise highly centralized towards Conelibek. The unicameral Federal Assembly served as the state's legislature but mostly existed to echo legislation passed by the Hérvynsken in Seketan. The realm was anti-communist and associated itself with Western powers despite criticism of authoritarianism and suppression of political opposition.
